However, some of these FREE properties have weak titles because they are virgin lands, which often scares most investors.

Hence, the title of these virgin lands can be perfected making them safe for investors

While it’s advisable to stay clear of government property, you can still purchase free virgin lands.

Therefore, you have to go through the title perfection process to secure it.
