Belkalid Consults Nigeria Limited has been awarded as the winner of The Prestigious Real Estate Excellence Award at The Real Estate Conference & Recognition Award 2023 (RECRA 2023), held at The Civic Center, Victoria Island, Lagos on 14th of May, 2023. 

The company was recognized As The Innovative And Reliable Company Of The Year for its innovative approach to real estate services in Nigeria. 

The theme of the event was REAL ESTATE MARKET: PROSPECTS IN THE MIDST OF CHALLENGES which aimed at providing an insight into the current state of affairs in the industry as well as exploring opportunities for growth going forward.

The special guest of honor, His Excellency Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu The Executive Governor Of Lagos State, was among other notable personalities that were awarded at the event for his tremendous contribution to the growth of real estate in the state particularly in the area of infrastructural development of the state.
